Polish developer CD Projekt RED has suddenly released a massive update for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt that promises to make the gameplay even more exciting.

The update improves the game experience on all platforms, including a number of bug fixes, gameplay adjustments and quality of life improvements. Players will also get new content to coincide with the release of the third season of The Witcher from Netflix.
The update also brings the long-awaited cross-progress feature to the Nintendo Switch version of the game. This means that players will be able to move between platforms while saving their progress.
