As summer approaches, Nintendo’s dominance on the charts grows stronger and stronger. The firm of Kyoto thus seizes the first four places of the top 5 of the week.
After an excellent start week, Nintendo Switch Sports continues to claim the top spot in the weekly bestseller rankings. It must be said that the purchase of the boxed version is particularly interesting. Indeed, the game requires the thigh strap to attach the joy-con to enjoy football. So unless you have purchased Ring Fit Adventures (the accessory is identical), opting for the digital version means depriving yourself of features. On the second step of the charts we find Kirby and the Forgotten World. Unsurprisingly, the Switch’s big releases remain firmly clinging to the top spots in the rankings.
The last step of the podium goes to Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. Stainless, this game originally released on Wii U in 2014 continues to sell in pallets. Who could have guessed the incredible commercial success that this Switch port of a Wii U game was going to meet? The chocolate medal goes this week to Legends: Pokémon Arceus, again, one of the last big Nintendo releases.
We must therefore wait for the last place in the charts to come across a game that does not come from the Big N catalog. It is SIFU in PS5 version in its Vengeance Edition. Remember that this physical version is signed by Microids.
On PC, things have changed a bit. Of course, Farming Simulator continues to be a hit as Edition 22 leads the top three. Surprise comes second. there is indeed The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt – Game of The Year Edition. We have to believe that the Netflix series has revived the hype around the adventures of Geralt. Finally, the bronze medal goes to the Sims 4 standard edition. Again, we can only bow to the incredible longevity of the title of Electronic Arts which signs us a “MOTHERLOAD”.
