Insider billbil-kun continues the unmistakable streak of free games giveaways on PS Plus. His information regarding the January selection once again turned out to be true. This was recently officially confirmed by Sony.
On the PlayStation blog, the company wrote that PS Plus subscribers will indeed receive Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, Fallout 76 and Axiom Verge 2 next month. The games will be available to add to your personal library starting January 3rd. Until then, users have access to projects from the December selection – Mass Effect Legendary Edition, Biomutant and Divine Knockout (DKO).
It’s also worth noting that Star Wars Jedi and Axiom Verge 2 have native PS5 versions. Fallout 76 is also available for users of the current generation console, but for backwards compatibility.

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is an action-adventure game from Respawn Entertainment and Electronic Arts. The game tells the story of Cal Kestis, a Padawan who escaped death during the execution of Order 66. The protagonist had to betray his origin in order to save a friend, and from that moment his path of fighting the Empire began.
Gameplay in Fallen Order includes lightsaber combat. Users have access to different combinations of strikes and Force skills. There are also puzzles and terrain exploration on seven planets. You can get to certain places only after obtaining certain abilities, as in metroidvania.
Fallout 76 is an online survival shooter developed by Bethesda Game Studios. In the game, users create a character, upgrade it, complete tasks and participate in various activities. The latter even includes the detonation of a nuclear bomb.
The developers also implemented the construction of their own shelter and joint raids. Hiking in dangerous locations allows you to get the most valuable equipment, and hunting for it is one of the main goals of the game.
Axiom Verge 2 is an action-platformer from Thomas Happ Games. The plot in the project tells how the main character Indra went to Antarctica for research, but ended up in another world. Now she must battle the machines infected with parasites and find a way to return to her own reality.
Gameplay in Axiom Verge 2 is all about solving puzzles, finding secrets, and fighting. There are battles with both ordinary enemies and bosses.
