Mario Golf 64 will soon be playable via Nintendo Switch Online

After the addition of F-Zero X, Nintendo Switch Online brings back another iconic game: Mario Golf 64. Here are the next 64 releases on the service and a recap of the titles available.

N64 nostalgia is in full swing on Big N’s latest console. After F-Zero X, Mario Golf 64 is getting closer to Nintendo Switch Online. Here is its release date, the next two expected games and an update on those already available.

A second youth for Mario Golf 64

The Nintendo Switch Online catalog is expanding with Mario Golf 64, which will make its debut on April 15 on the Japanese manufacturer’s service. The game will be in its juice, with the exception that its resolution will be enhanced vis-à-vis the original. In short, a great classic but better!

But being a Nintendo Switch Online subscriber is not enough. In fact, you have to take the Premium package at €39.99 for 1 year which includes the Additional Pack. It is thanks to him that you will be able to browse the library of 64 games.

Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards and Pokémon Snap will later join the service. Here’s what Game Library 64 will look like on Switch on April 15 :

Nintendo’s Premium Online Membership

The Nintendo Switch Online, the equivalent of PS Plus and Xbox Live Gold, awards a series of benefits to its subscribers. NES and Super Nes games, online play, cloud saves and the mobile app. The latter is mandatory to chat with friends.

Here are the prices:

  • 12 months : 19,99€
  • 3 months : 7,99€
  • 1 month : 3,99€

For its part, the Nintendo Switch Online + Additional Pack grants the above privileges and others, such as a selection of N64 titles like Mario Golf. You can save your progress at any time and play up to 4 players online or locally on a console with compatible software.

There’s also the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Circuit Pass, Animal Crossing: New Horizons’ “Happy Home Paradise” DLC, and finally Mega Drive games which, in addition to on-the-fly and cloud saves, have a Rollback feature if you fail.

No choice here, it’s a 12 month subscription for €39.99.
