Sony lifts the veil on the three games offered to PS Plus subscribers in June 2022. Feign surprise, because we have already known them for a few days.
It was only a matter of time, it is now confirmed. Sony has unveiled the June 2022 PS Plus “free games” list and they’re not going to appeal to everyone, especially PS5 gamers.
PS Plus games of June 2022
No surprises on the horizon, the list of PS Plus games for June 2022 had already been revealed in advance a few days ago by a Spanish media, then by our leaker national. No suspense therefore, it is God of War, Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker and Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl which will be offered to subscribers.
Where the selection divides is that God of War is already available for free to PS5 players via the PS Plus Collection and will be available to subscribers of the new offerings when they launch in June. Some players already say they are disappointed, while others hate to see so many fighting games.
However, the presence of God of War in the line-up of PS Plus games for June 2022 could be a harbinger of good news. Sony had indeed used the same strategy when announcing the release date of The Last of Us 2, where the Remaster had been offered in stride. So it could be that we finally have news of God of War Ragnarok during the State of Play or during the Summer Game Fest conference.
