A few days after its flamboyant officialization, Resident Evil 4 Remake reveals a new interesting detail and it concerns one of its main characters.
Resident Evil 4 Remake was hinted at through a trailer during the last State of Play. Capcom’s title therefore gave both a release date but also a preview of the upcoming graphic overhaul. The point of interest today focuses on the new Ashley Graham and more particularly on the one lending her features.
Resident Evil 4 Remake brings Ashley’s character back to life
It is via the blue bird social network that we learn the identity of the person behind the new face of the president’s daughter, whom Leon S Kennedy will be responsible for protecting:
The tweet being in Japanese, the very famous and above all practical Google gives a hint on the translation of the tweet:
When I saw the trailer, I almost cried. I’m so happy. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart
And a second tweet for comparison between the actress in-game and in real life:
The 25-year-old Dutch Instagrammer and cosplayer will therefore lend her features for Ashley. Of course, this does not mean that she will be the character’s actress, as was the case with the last remakes where the face-models did not lend their voices or even their movements.
A future title at the height?
Now remains to be seen if Ella Freya will team up with Eduard Badaluta, Leon S Kennedy’s face-model for the Resident Evil 2 remake. will be present. Indeed, Resident Evil 3 having been removed from certain areas such as the Belfry, this did not please everyone. Fingers crossed that Capcom has learned from this mistake to keep the original level design while adding the necessary new features and retouches. For the record, Resident Evil 4 Remake which will be available from March 24, 2023.
