Bandai Namco is restoring power to Elden Ring boss Radahn in Update 1.03.3. The publisher would also like to collaborate with Brandon Sanderson… for Elden Ring 2?
After making the task of speedrunners more difficult on Elden Ring, Bandai Namco has published a patch 1.03.3. to correct a previous error. But which ? Update 1.03 made the fight against Radhan much easier. The party is over, you’ll have to roll up your sleeves.
Elden Ring: the difficulty goes up
Did you pass Radhan without breaking a sweat? Kudos to you…but you may have exploited a loophole that shouldn’t have been there. Indeed, one of the most devious bosses of Elden Ring had been inadvertently nerfed with the 1.03 update, an issue now fixed via the 1.03.3 patch.
Fixed a bug in the Starscourge Radahn boss balance adjustment in patch 1.03 where the power of some attacks was unintentionally reduced.
Brandon Sanderson writing a sequel?
After George RR Martin (Game of Thrones), the author of fantasy novels Brandon Sanderson will he be able to lend his pen to a FromSoftware game, or even to a new opus of Elden Ring? As noticed by our colleagues from VGC, Bandai Namco approached him by sending him a package of goodies and a note to collaborate with him.
They are interested in maybe doing something together. I am too. Actually, I already have a pitch in mind for them… so maybe I should send them to see what they think. I always have a pitch for everything. I wondered what I would do if I was developing a Soulsborne-like game. Of course, the decision is not mine, but I have this idea in the back of my mind. It is therefore possible that you will hear from me on this subject.
Brandon Sanderson is the author of books like Son of the Mists, The Wheel of Time or The Archives of Roshar. It is not yet known if there will be a collaboration between the two, or if it will be for Elden Ring 2, but a sequel should see the light of day. This was implied by Hidekata Miyazaki, CEO of FromSoftware, with transmedia projects.
The writer is already working on a video game whose nature we do not know at the time of writing these lines.
